I think I can talk him down to two squirrels and a bag of catnip. -
Cat: "Throw in a bag of dead pigeons and it's a deal."

Jeez :?:
Can someone tell me what was wrong with my asking? -
Sorry, SPW. I just got done reading the "Ph goes international" thread. Also, the first 6 words in the ad are:For sale by owner. Corner building.... Just a slight expression of air at thinking you just looked at the pictures, and didn't read the text.
Of course that's the building where HouseBroken is. -
I'm not sure it's completely clear to people who don't own their own businesses how rents/purchases of store space works. I don't think it's totally unrealistic to get the idea from that ad that someone owned the building and the store and was selling both...

yeah. I was actually a bit confused b/c it looked like there was a doghouse on the roof of the building, which would make me think that the building is owned by the store owner (yes yes, a lot of assumptions, conclusion jumping, etc). -

Thanks Emily. Guess I sound like the totally dense one here, but seeing the words 'For Sale by Owner' next to the picture of a building with a store was definately confusing to me. Hence the question mark on my subject: Housebroken for Sale? No assumptions or conclusion-jumping there.
Thanks for clearing it up.
