i was curious to know what was in this... so i googled it and got:

    ¼ cup of bacon dripping
    ½ cup milk
    1 egg, well-beaten
    ½ cup sifted all-purpose flour
    ¼ teaspoon salt

¼ cup of bacon dripping. thats right.

    *gag*
I think traditionally, when you make a roast beef or prime rib, you put the "pudding" underneath to catch the drippings as it bakes.

My faves at The Islands are: curried goat, curried shrimp, calypso shrimp.

  • It's kind of gamey. If you like lamb you might like it. Personally, I hate it.
