Any other Realty Co. like Berman?

I'm going to check Berman out, but are there any other landlord-owned agencies that I can check out? This is because a) I'm not paying a broker's fee and b) ansolutely cannot live in the same building with my landlord again.

Be careful what you wish for. I lived in a Joe Berman building and it was not picnic. My fellow tenants woudl agree with me. Sometimes you get what you pay for (or what you don't pay for)

I lived in a Berman building for 5 years. I never had any issues with them. The building was well maintained and they responded quickly to any problems I had. I think my fellow tenants (one of whom had lived there for 15 years) would agree.

That being said, I don't know of any other broker that owns the buildings they rent.
