I was inspired by a friend's rants about his apartment to create this site:

The idea is that you review apartments that you've lived in; rant/rave/story/whatever. Some things about an apartment you only find out after living there for months or years, like the hot water running out quickly, or noise outside in the summer. The more detailed the review the better. If we build up a big database it could be really helpful for apt seekers.
