HUGE bedroom in 2 bedroom- 5th Ave P Slope - 1150 mar15/apr1
Seeking considerate, stable, friendly, karma believing, super clean and positive roommate to share a huge 2 bedroom apartment in Prime Park Slope - only steps away from the Atlantic/Pacific stations and all that 5th Avenue has to offer. (not too far from the bergen 2/3 either)
I'm a 32 year old professional female who works from home a few days a week, looking for a roommate to share a home with not just the bills. I love television, keep regular hours, like to do yoga, meditate, host the occasional dinner party (and larger party about once a quarter), and am very considerate. I like to follow a "no one leaves the kitchen unless the dishes" are done rule - I do not want to do anything to inconvenience my roommate and hope for the same.
I do have a few friends who come over a lot and would like them to keep doing so - but they're quite positive and will be open to becoming friends with you as well.
Rent is 1150, looking for first last and a deposit. Utilities come to about 60-100 a month, depending on the month (a/c being more of course). Cable is free (though would love to get DVR fancy cable if you're down). There is laundry across the street and groceries within a few blocks. Internet is part of the utilities (gas and power as well). Heat and hot water is part of the rent.
I do not have a cat now, but hope to get a kitten (unless of course you have a cat, only one cat allowed on the lease) (sorry no dogs, not on the lease)
The room can be available March 16th, but if you opt for April 1, that's cool, too.
If this is interesting to you, send me an email!
