Fult(on) Clinton (sic) Condos look closer to completion
Just noticed that the wood fence in front of the Blue and White painted condo project on Fulton (near St James not Clinton) across from the Met Foods is down. Seems to me both the new residents and the new store fronts could increase the positive street presence there. I noticed however that there is now a five foot iron fence stretching into the sidewalk about three feet. Is this legal?

I noticed that iron fence too and wondered about the legality of it. If it's a permanent thing, it's annoying as hell.
If it's illegal I'm sure Agents of Brownstoner will be all over them.
If it's legal it's just a bad idea. What business would want to be contained within an iron gate like that?
Howdy, Stranger!
