Our not-for-profit client - located in a central Brooklyn location - is in search of someone to work on a project and possess the following skills: marketing, advertising, accounting and most important....KNOWS HOW TO WRITE A BUSINESS PLAN!

Client's goal is to open a GIFT SHOP and provide their customers with items they are willing to buy, at a price they can afford and the client still make a profit.

Here's what they're looking for:

* Research on if there's a market for such a business (gift shop)
* Find out who customers are/would be?
* What items should they sell?
* How should they price our products?
* What should their profit margin be?
* Write a business plan.
* Growing/maintaning the business.
* And, any other Marketing ideas for promotions.

They hope to have this started later this year but will need to provide
a business plan to get funding. YOUR PAYMENT, HOWEVER, IS NOT DEPENDENT ON THEIR REQUEST FOR FUNDING. YOU WILL BE PAID ON AN ONGOING BASIS THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT.
