Brooklyn Indie Market, an emerging designer market under the red and white striped tent on Smith and Union Street, Carroll Gardens is reopening for our 2nd season May 3rd 11-7 and will run every Saturday May-August. Starting Sept-Dec the market will run every Saturday and Sunday.
Our opening festivities include unplugged indie musicians, temporary tattoo parlor for kids of all ages, face painting (I am getting a butterfly) kiddie workshops, give aways and of course indie designers.
Here you will find handmade goodness such as jewelry by Wabisabi-Brooklyn, hats by Rocks and Salt, kids wear by Wonder Threads and frocks by yours truly, fofolle. Please join us in the celebration of spring, community and supporting your local yokel artisans and emerging designers.
