Continuing education classes

So working from home and not seeing other people for days at a time is making my brain bleed, and leaving me with plenty of time to develop a new hobby or skill. NYC seems to be full of classes for continuing adult education or just for fun (cooking classes, dancing lessons, bartending "school" etc.)
Has anyone taking a superhappyfun course of some sort? I'm not ultra athletic and am looking for something more relaxing than physically difficult, I was thinking of maybe pottery or something like metal working (I cant paint or draw worth a damn.) There are SO many institutions out there that i figured I'd ask for suggestions or personal experiences...

I took both swimming and TaiChi at Baruch. Years ago, when they still allowed you to take athletics classes through the adult ed program, I took swimming and Rock Climbing at NYU.

Both schools have expansive adult ed programs and I found them to be easy enough to deal with in terms of registration and class attendance.

I'd say go for it.
