New Restaurant in Ft Greene?

Someone said a restaurant of unknown cuisine was opening up in the former hardware store on Fulton St and South Oxford.Anyone have the scoop? My neighbor told me last year that a Starbucks was opening there.I live in CH so when I pass the place is shuttered, noone to ask.

actually, 7 greene is next to the time salon. Dont know what is opening in the former hardward store across the street from the Japanese restaurant and next to The Cake Man.
