Mixed phone signals - listen in on conversations

I was a bit annoyed today when I received my customized NikeId product. They sent me the wrong product. I tried calling both Niketown and the NikeId studio and just kept getting wierd people answering. But it's not Niketown and the people on the other end can't hear me.

So if anyone wants to listen to random people on the phone or listen to voicemail messages, call Niketown or NikeId at 212-891-6453 or 212-891-6454.

I did call the 800 number for Nike, but it seems like they have not fixed this problem yet.
