$200 a month townhouse/small building garbage maintenance

I'll take out the garbage(weekly), clean the front of sidewalk(daily) for $200 a month. this is for town houses. includes snow removal.

if larger units like coops and condos. 6 to 10 units range from $300

cleaning of stairs, hallways cost $100 weekly cleaning.

for most accurate pricing, i'll have to come over to give a estimate.
