I'm having a stoop sale Sunday because I'm moving and everything must go! I have a ton of stuff that needs to go - all of it is smoke-free, clean and either in great condition or brand new due to an impulse purchase. Tell your friends and neighbors!

Where: Berkeley Place Between 6th and 7th Avenue - closer to 6th ave
When: Sunday April 13th from 11am to 2pm
Why: Because this is stuff you can actually wear, use and give away as gifts.
What you can expect to find:

Stuffed animals including beanie babies with tags

Clothing for juniors and women's size 2-6: I have jeans, tops (XS, S, M), dresses, coats, skirts in the following brands: Forever 21, Ralph Lauren Polo, Rugby by Ralph Lauren, Armani Exchange, ELLE, DKNY, GAP, Izod, H&M, Bebe, Mossimo, Miss Sixty, Billabong.

Shoes and boots size 7/8 in the following brands: Nine West, Steve Madden, Etienne Aigner, Bruno Magli, Chinese Laundry. 2 pairs of new fleece boots in chocolate and beige.
br> Random knick-knacks and collectibles including a set of 6 brand new bamboo placemats from Malaysia

Bags and purses - almost all in leather in perfect condition and the latest styles. Some fabric bags also in perfect condition.

Watches from Guess? still in watchcase with warranty booklet,

Costume jewelry in matching sets (bracelet, necklace and earrings), silver jewelry.
