I had a great little Live & Work space, it is a very large studio or very small loft, located in South Slope or Windsor Terrace (not sure which since it always seemed to be up for debate). It's about 650 sq ft. It has a cool little sleeping loft above the bathroom. My rent was $1750. I just thought I'd put the info out there in case anyone is interested. (I know how hard it is to find a place.) The landlord is Prospect Court Associates LLC, so contact them if you're interested. You can't miss the place, it's on 8 Ave right near the corner of Prospect Ave, adorable, very artsy on the outside: French door, aqua window frames, planters... I ran my cat hotel there, and there was an artist there for many years before. As much as I loved the place, I was too homesick for my old neighborhood, plus the commute to the city was way too long for me, so I have moved back to Astoria/LIC. I'm just letting everyone know it's available since I know how hard it is to find a place, especially one that is zoned for live and work. It's near the F (15 St stop), near the park, great neighborhood if you love Park Slope. OOPS I almost forgot the most important part:
PET FRIENDLY!!!!!!! (But you knew that, because I did run a cat hotel there.)
