I am a notary but I am over in PH. I dont mind doing it for you but you have to come to PH (with photo ID) . But NYKitty is correct usually a real estate office, tax preparer or bank has a notary on hand. Definitely a law firm does

Im not sure what you mean by certified copy? Usually a copy is certified by the person/entity that gives it to you.

The guy in one of the antique shops on the PH side of Flatbush is a notary. Also the UPS store has one.
