barking dogs

I live on Hancock between Marcy & Nostrand -- does anyone else hear the incessant barking dogs coming from Jefferson Ave? There are 4 huge dogs in someone's backyard, they bark constantly -- it's so crazy loud. I've called 311 about a million times, nothing is ever done. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

I lived on that block of Jefferson and the dogs barking have been a problem for at least ten years. Those dogs aren't treated as pets, they stay in the yards all the time and they bark at everything. Other dogs, street noises, squirels, etc. You might try talking to the owners, but I think they are so used to it that they might not know what the problem is.
