serial hustler strikes again

that guy I read about here just tried to scam me at Washington and St. Johns. Same guy who walks around with a camera bag claiming to work for NBC. He had some crazy story about how his mother just had a stroke and had to go to the hospital, and he was just called a, "black nigger" by a local precinct cop and NBC nightly news was coming to report on it tonight. He was also saying how he was from Miami then when I told him,"sorry man, I can't help you", he said,"thanks neighbor". hahhaha...I shoulda called the real cops. Watch out for him because I read about him awhile ago here, and that's how I knew he is a phony. He's a middle-aged, tall, skinny black guy.
