The ad is looking for roommate, but I'd also consider a studio at those prices...the roommate thing just seems more feasible for that amount of $$$.

Cliff notes: male, early 30s, professional, neat, respectful, no drugs, don't smoke, no pets. Work at a firm downtown, so would love to stay in brownstone Bklyn.
