The apartment is on the Windsor Terrace/Kensigton border, 3 SHORT blocks to the Fort Hamilton Parkway F stop, 30-40 minutes to lower Manhattan. Friendly, family, safe neihgborhood -- equal mix established families in houses and young pprofessional people in apartments. Good parking in neighborhood.

First and last month's rent to move in.
