What type of cards do you need? The cheapest option is going to be have a copy shop print or copy them onto card stock with multiples on a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet and then you cut them (most shops have a cutter for extra cost). I've been out of the loop for a few years but the top machines for this were Canon 1000, Xerox DocuColor 2060 for color work and Xerox DocuTech 135 for black and white with a halftone screen.
If you are talking 4 color process then it is going to be expensive for offset printing, especially for such a small ammount of cards because they have to make plates to print from.
If its just one color you can look into making your own silk screen and printing them yourself. I've also used http://www.standardscreen.com/ in the past and they have decent price and quality if you don't want to create the screens yourself. -
