Walked by this morning and noticed work has resumed at Eastern Parkway and Franklin. A proposed 60 unit residential building with retail.

Eli Mazon, the owner/developer came to this month's Crow Hill meeting to update the community on the site. It is still not determined if these will be condos or rentals but they will be high end with a parking garage. He is looking for a large national tenant for the bulk of the ground floor, possibly a bank, no leases have been signed yet though there was mention of a dental office.

A bank and/or dental office...well that's....pretty fucking boring.
