As a nearby resident I feel that this building is completely out of scale with the surrounding area and should be zoned down to fit in with the block.

Other thoughts?

Subject: Looks awful!!!

That building will look horrible on this block. Doesn't fit at all with the height of surrounding buildings, and seems to take improper advantage of the upzoning of 4th avenue. Area residents should definitely get local politicians involved. Looks like Scarano is at it again.
