any news on accident at 4th Ave 6th St this morning?

i walked by at 10:15 am and it looked like a pedestrian had been killed (yellow police tape blocked northbound traffic from 6th St to 7th St). there was a crumpled blue granny cart, bags strewn across the road, a truck pulled off to the side of the road, and about a dozen cops roaming the vicinity.

can't find anything on the web. anyone have a link?
