Anyone know what's it like by the Triple Seven Grocery on Sterling Place? My grandfather bought that building in the early 1900's and our family sold it in the early 60's. I checked it out about 12 years ago and it seemed kind of rough. The Triple Seven clerk was behind bullet proof glass. Has the street become more inviting. It was a really nice area and I am assuming that the area now would be more diverse and desirable.
