Sane, stable, clean couple looking for one bedroom in slope

Hi-
My name is Rebecca and my boyfriend Tom and I are starting to look for a one-bedroom apartment (preferably with some outdoor space, I love gardening) in Park Slope/Windsor Terrace. We would like to pay between $1600-1700. Our current lease isn't up until September 1st, but I would really like to try to set something up soon, possibly even to begin paying rent July 15th/August 1st. We live on 14th between 7th and 8th and love our immediate neighborhood, so ideally we'll stay within a few blocks of our current apartment, but we're certainly open to other locations for the right space.

So if you're a landlord or broker with an apartment you think would be appropriate, please let me know. We're good tenants, and we're very excited about finding a new place to call home.
