Jefferson St btwn Bushwick and Evergreen

I'd like to look at a condo here, but have no idea what the area is like. Can someone offer up any info on this area.

I prefer Grand and Prospect, but that's me.

I would say that it is not horrible but not stellar either. Myrtle-Broadway JMZ area is coming up in the world though. To the west it is awfully quiet at night. Some decent amenities (Mr Kiwi's, 24 hr laundromat on Hart and Broadway, etc.) make it a decent.
