Kingston and Dean - Frank and Jeff's Place?

Subject: Kingston and Dean - Frank and Jeff's Place?

Saw a sign today on a storefront on Kingston between Bergen and Dean that said "Frank and Jeff's Place - Coming Soon" or something like this. Anyone know what this is going to be?

No idea, but I'm excited to find out! It's nice to see so many new places appearing in the area - I got to hit "Good Catch", the new fish 'n chips joint on Bergen, the day it opened.

I was walking by yesterday and saw the door open so I stuck my head in. There appears to be a small front room with a bar and then a back room. I couldn't really see too far in so I'm not sure how that's going to be set up.

I asked a guy working there if it was going to be a bar and he said no, that it was going to be more of a lunch spot with sandwiches and lunch type food. He said they are expecting to be open in a month or so, hopefully they will stay on track and not turn into one of these businesses that is perpetually opening "in a month or so." The work they had done that I could see looked pretty nice and I think the neighborhood could really use something like this.
