Studio or One Bedroom needed for February

My pup Lulu and I are looking for a quiet studio or 1 bedroom in PH or PS with a February start date. We can pay $1,000. We currently live on Underhill and Dean and would like to stay in the neighborhood. If anyone hears of something opening up in their building please let us know.

Hi Lulu'smom,
I just wanted to let you know that there is an empty apartment above me that the landlords are renovating into 2 studios (or so they say). I think they probably will be ready by the time you are looking to move (the landlords move kinda slow on projects around here it seems). I live on Wash. Ave sort above Tom's Diner. If you want more info, let me know. I am hoping to get someone cool to live above us.
