Do your knees or hips hurt after you run? Do you wake up feeling stiff and achy? Do you feel yourself growing less flexible, but endless stretching doesn’t seem to help? You don’t need to stretch your muscles -- you need to hydrate your connective tissue!

MELT (Myofascial Energetic Length Technique) uses special foam rollers and MELT hand and foot balls to teach you how to bring your body back into balance, so you can keep running longer and enjoy it more. You’ll see and feel results after just one class!

By incorporating this simple technique into your training regimen, you can get more out of your workouts, speed up your recovery time, erase joint compression and pain, increase flexibility, and improve muscle endurance and performance.

Whether you’ve never run better or are trying to get back into running after yet another injury, MELT is your secret for pain-free running.

Check out the new 6-week MELT workshop just for runners starting Thursday, June 26. (No class July 3.)

$100 for 6 weeks

  • The Thursday night class will be focused on the issues of runners -- how to recover quickly and make running more enjoyable and less hard on your body.

I will also be teaching general MELT classes for non-runners. Tuesday morning at 9:30 am and Wednesday evening at 7:30.

The Wednesday night class is filling up, so if you're interested, please call or stop by the Fitness Collective on Seventh Ave.

Class sizes are limited to about 10 people.
