Jazz at Aji

This Thursday and Friday evening there will be JAZZ at AJI.
June 19th at 7pm-10;30 Charles Sibirsky will be playing solo piano. Friday evening, 7pm - 10;30pm The Charles Sibirsky Trio will be playing for your listening pleasure.

AJI is located at 287 9th Street bet 4th and 5th Ave.

Many of us have been following and supporting the "birth" of Aji and some of us have become Cheerleaders for its sucess. If you haven't paid a visit yet Thursday or Friday would be a great night to stop by.

I hope no one minds if I bump this posting to the top this morning.

The owners of Aji do have it in their minds to support local musicians and provide live music on a regular basis. But business is business and unless the music brings in people I don't imagine it will continue so...

If you'll be out and about Thursday or Friday evening it would be good nites to stop by Aji and have a bite to eat or a drink, hear some music and introduce yourself to Piero.

Consider me a hopeless shill as I bring this up top again.. I did stop by Aji, with a group of friends on Thurs. Nite. I ordered a Mojito (without sugar......yes!) and it was terrific. I had Aji Salad... greens, bacon, asparagus, hard boiled egg... a lovely salad.. The music was lovely..


There is music..Jazz Trio Fri Nite.. as well.. hope to see some of you there.

For those shy people.. pm me and I will make a date to go there with you!!!

(My mother is smiling at me from heaven... 59 years old and still looking for that special someone?.. Grow up (she says) get over it.
