7th Avenue Copy on 7th Ave and 8th Street. That's who I used before I got my own fax machine. Very trustworthy place.
-
++1 for efaxing
-
The Mailboxes Etc.-type place that isn't a Mailboxes Etc. on Flatbush between Park and Sterling offers this service. So does the UPS store.

Thanks for the quick replies!
I called 7th ave copy and they will receive them, but it's pretty pricey (just because I'm expecting a lot of pages)...
With the efaxing, how can I sign the documents and fax them back?
Maybe I should just buy a fax machine, huh?
I know google is my friend, but I'm pretty rattled at the prospect of being a homeowner so I appreciate the suggestions. -
Don't buy a fax machine. So 20th century...
-
Right...I'm so in the dark ages it's embarrassing.
Think I'm gonna suck it up and pay through the nose at 7th ave copy. One more expense in buying a place... -
Tax-deductible expense, if I'm not mistaken. Save your receipts.
(not an accountant) -
You sure you don't have a friend in your neighborhood with a home office and fax machine?
-
all at work. losers.

Do you have a printer/scanner? If so, most real estate offices and law firms dealing in real estate use the forms from a computer program that are usually in PDF form or Word forms. You can have them e-mailed to you and you print out your signature page, sign it, scan it and send it back. Good luck.
can anyone suggest a place near 9th street that will receive the faxes and hold them for me? how can i do this without camping out at a copy place? -

So you _finally_ delurk, and now you are going to up and buy a home in a different city.
Did we offend you?
Was it something we said?
I bet it was that evil little lamb... -
Llama!

You say llama, I say stomach acid.
Nasty buggers.
And does this mean that you are accepting responsibility?

I had to find a nabe halfway across the country where I can push my stroller into people's ankles without the moaning and complaints. Midwesterners dig "entitlement".

Seriously, my time in Brooklyn was too brief. I'm trading it all in for closet space but I will visit the board to reminisce. -
i ended up going to 7th ave copy and it was surprisingly cheap- not what i was quoted on the phone, but no complaints about that. they were really nice and quick. which is good cuz i'm pretty sure i'll be spending more time there.

Glad to hear it worked out! I have been going to them for years.
Howdy, Stranger!
