any batting cage closer than coney island?

hello.
does anyone know any batting cage around our neighborhood where i can go by train?
i have been to the one in coney island and it was pretty nice but i am looking for something closer.

There is one on 3rd Ave. between 27th and 28th Street its called Brooklyn Sports something.

west side highway, couple of blocks up from tillary, not our neighborhood but closer than the other Isle.

How is the one on 3rd? Is it any good?

Another one in NYC, not necessarily close, is at Chelsea Piers. They are usually pretty empty and in pretty good shape but I hate getting there, it's so far from the train.

My husband loves it. He goes with his buddies and he takes the little league team there for practice. He likes to rent the cage and calls in advance to do so. Im not sure the price but I think $30 for 1/2 hour.
