need cleaning service / housekeeping for park slope apartmen

I'm looking for someone who can help me clean my house once every few weeks. I live in Park Slope. Does anyone know a good person who can help? I'd prefer not to go with a cleaning company because a) they charge too much and b) most of the money doesn't go directly to the person(s) who do the work. I really don't need anything fancy, just what I would do myself if I had the time.

Any advice on where to look or suggestions of who to use would be most appreciated!
