For folks who live east of Ocean Ave, or east of the B/Q...what do you think of your neighborhood? What amenities are available?

It seems like higher density population due to the large buildings and fewer trees. I couldn't decipher much else.

where along the B/Q are you talking about? Around which streets. Down by Kings HWay and Ave U. There is plenty of shopping and parks.
