I had summathis on Saturday, and it was GOOD but grrrrrl, it's not going to be the same. This thing with trucks: two people stuffed into a truck is really different from say, three people cooking and two taking customer orders. No bueno.
The waits were over a half hour long, so we gave up on chile-mango and tacos and anything else that required a more damn waiting.


The Red Hook Added-Value farmers market was open tho -- a couple ballfields away, across from IKEA. Saturdays only.
