An easy walk gets you to the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), Fort Greene, Atlantic Center, the main branch of the Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Museum of Art, and the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.

It’s one block from where Flatbush Avenue intersects with 7th avenue (Park Slope). It has convenient subway service on both the 2/3 (Grand Army Plaza/Bergen Street), and the Q/B (Seventh Avenue) lines. The Atlantic Avenue main subway exchange is one stop away on either subway line, or a short walk.

The rent is $1,650 per month, and the lease commences July 15th.
