  • You can post anything about the neighborhood, businesses in the neighborhood, people in the neighborhood, etc. Advertisements belong in the classified section. Otherwise, the only rules are BE NICE and REGISTER a USERNAME, and you seem to be on top of those already.
  • There isn't a FAQ, so it's fine to ask. Any kind of neighborhood/Brooklyn/New York stuff, and silly stuff, is fair game, just put it in the right place. Don't post anything more than once. If you post something that's commercial, put it in the classified section. Event announcements are okay, but again, don't post them over and over. If you want to talk about a business that you have an interest in (e.g. your brother-in-law's restaurant), disclose your interest before telling us it's the best place on earth. Also, it's usually best to avoid making angry blanket assumptions about everybody on the board   . As it says at the top, be nice!
  • k :P, umm where would my news post, that i just posted is it in the right place lol.

edit: i was refering to this post http://dailyheights.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1978
