another new store

looks like "bird" has reopened (or about to) on 5th between 2nd and 3rd. walked by yesterday and the outside looks fantastic. love the wood exterior and sign.

right next door is where the other new restaurant is supposed to open...same owners as that new cafe apertivo across from commerce bank. i think it's going to be italian family style.

i also noticed that the for rent sign in the window next to 'snice is finally down and it looks like there's been some movement in that space.

that whole strip there near 5th and 3rd is getting better by the day.
