wanted: bed/room between 11-19 September (up to $350)

i'm looking for a bedroom - or even just a sofabed in someone's lounge - for 8 nights starting Thursday 11 September.

i have non-refundable flights booked from London-New York for those dates and originally had a free stay at a hotel - but that's fallen through.

i'd be looking at $350 for a reasonable hostel in Manhattan - but i'd far rather stay at someone's place, so willing to pay up to $350 for anything suitable.

i'm 28-year-old guy from London - i'm a vinyl junkie so will be spending most of my trip in record stores and parties - i'm literally just after a place to sleep and wash.

if you have anything that might suit, please drop me a PM/email. ideally i'm looking for somewhere in Williamsburg close to the bridge and/or a subway station.
