Anyone know if Gogo, Park Slope Shih Tzu, was ever found?

I live on 15th St. and used to always run into Gogo, a b&w shih tzu, with his "dad," (a youngish/middle-aged-ish Asian man [I specify ethnicity only because it might help people know who I'm talking about, btw]), who I think live on 14th St. somewhere between 5th and 7th Aves. Towards the beginning of the summer, I heard that Gogo had run off or otherwise vanished...was just wondering if anyone knows if he was ever returned to his family. Didn't know them that well, but the dog was sweet and "dad" obviously loved him very much.
