Looking for a cute 2 bedroom place in Prospect Heights area

Husband and I are looking for a 2 bedroom under $1800 in the Prospect Heights area. Would rather do it without a broker fee involved, obviously, but will consider reputable agents with great listings. Balcony/yard space very much wanted. We'd prefer to move in mid-September.

What are good resources (besides Craigslist) to find affordable listings online in that area?

That's in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, which isn't the same thing, FWIW.
