1 Room, Studio, Floor Space

Hi !
I'm a 24 yr old semi-recent college grad moving back to NYC, and i would love to find a place in your area. I'm trying to save from having to pay broker's fees, but with relocating from Michigan, craig's list is about the only resource I trust <and that, only partially so>. I'm planning on pounding the pavement this weekend (Jan6-9), and hope to establish some kind of affordable housing for the last week of January, first week of February, or even sooner
Pricewise, inexpensive is obviously better, but I really love the PS/PH areas.

Any help is, of course, greatly appreciated!
