In need of a sublet: 9/1 or 9/15 for 1-2 months

Hello:
When our LLs sold their building, we moved into our first sublet, but that is about to end. We are waiting for a place to be finished for us in ditmas park and don't know for how long we will actually need a place, but are looking for a 6week or more sublet. We have been in PH for a couple years and would love to stay as long as we can. We are also willing to live anywhere in the area for this short time.

We are non-smokers, married, with a fat, old cat that does no damage. We have 2 recent local references (LLs for 2 years, one sublet LL for the past 6 weeks)
