Hey!

I'm looking for a roommate for my 2br garden apartment. The rent is $750/mth. Two things: 1. My apartment isn't in the Slope. It's in the little nook between Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy...let's call it Kashmir. Off of the G train. About 8 blocks from Pratt. 2. My lease doesn't begin until the 15th of September.

I just wanted to put it out there just in case she was mildly interested.
