seeking location of old bar

While sifting through some newspaper archives, I came across an article about Prospect Heights, circa 1985. It mentioned a bar and restaurant called Charlie's. I asked around at Mooney's and a patron verified that Charlie's had existed, but could not remember the exact address. From the photo, I think it may have been located where Blockbuster's now stands on Flatbush. Anyone out there know more?

My best recollection is early 90's. I recall the place (it was mostly a restaurant) gradually going downhill untill they closed. The space was vacant for a while before BB moved in.
