What an awesome memory. Yes, my father wore very dark rimmed glasses. In fact, my mother saved them and Jeanne had them in her house still in the eye-glass case. His wallet was in amazing shape as well. YOU ARE GOOD, TERRY!!!!!! I gave the glasses and wallet to my brother Anthony at the reunion. It made him so happy to have something of my father.

If I had a nickel (that is what it cost) for every trip I took on the 5th Ave trolley I would be rich. No, I was not the drunk in the clip falling all over the place. I think it was one of my Uncles. (only kidding) When you mention Worlds Fair it brings back two memories. The 1939-40 Fair as well as the 1964 Fair. I was only a wee lad for the 39 fair but I do remember a guy in a pickle costume advertising for Heinz. And I saw Tucker's car. The logo for 39-40 was an Obelisk and a Sphere. I took my kids to the 64 fair and I hope they remember some of it.
