TOO FUNNY BUT U KNOW SOME OF OUR BEST TIMES ARE AT A FUNERAL PARLOR. LOL U SEE PEOPLE AND RELATIVES U HAVE NOT SEEN IN ALONG TIME. THAT IS WHY I TELL EVERYONE TO ALWAYS CALL THE PERSON WHO HAD THE LOSS AFTER THE FUNERAL. DURING THE FUNERAL EVERYONE IS SO BUSY TALKING AND GREETING NO TIME TO MOURN. AFTER THE FUNERAL U ARE HOME AND NO ONE IS THERE. SAD.

WELL I HAVE TO PICK LORI UP FIRST AND THE FIRST ONE IS IN PARK SLOPE SMITHS RIGHT NEAR FARRELLS AND THAT IS MY COUSIN'S FATHER IN LAW .THE OTHER IS IN MARINE PARK. BUT........You know once u get there and u start talking I bet I will have to go to the other one tomorrow. I have to go to both. The one in marine park is my son Michael's best friend, his Dad I think i mentioned it but i cant remember shit.

Warren ...Im sorry I didnt answer you right away ....but the reason I was asking if you were by the beach ....because they say the salt water is supposed to be good for you .....or even getting in a pool ....for exercise!
The ear infection ...not sure what to do with that....just put a cotton ball in your ear for awhile ....dont know why ...lol!

Suzie, thanks for the thoughts. My wife & I walk 6 mornings a week. Usually around 7AM. Lately it is too cold at 7 and we walk a little later. I used to swim 2 or 3 times a week in one of our 3 pools here. Some of the treatments and medications I take sap my energy and swimming was off the agenda . Up until I got the ear problem (seeing a ENT Dr this Friday) we went to an exercise class twice a week. It is called "Sit & Be Fit". (Be sure to spell the first word right.) About 1/3 of the exercises are sitting and the rest standing. You use stretch bars, large rubber balls & small weights. We hope to get back to that class as soon as I get my balance back.

Thanks for noticing the picture. That was taken on the way on to the ship for my Birthday Cruise in November. I had a rough time sizing it for the blog but finally succeeded.

We made such great time on the ride down, then just outside Harrisburg, PA on 81 - we sat PARKED.. for two hours. There was the worst accident I've seen (fortunately, we didn't see anything gory). So it was a tailgate party; we made the best of it and watched the Inauguration on Mel's cell
phone (unbelievable quality).

My Faith and Frasier were the best travelers ever. We stopped a few times for all to pee - they were so well behaved and adaptable. They are now sleeping... afer their meds and eats. Wish I took care of
myself like they're taken care of.

We froze each time we were out with dogs... It was 2 degrees when
we left NJ at 7am.

Frank said most of the furniture is out of the house - and they just
have to come back in the morning to empty the shed. Not sure
when it will arrive down in FL.

That's my little, big update... If you need me, send an email; I may not get through reading all the posts I missed; and don't want to ignore
anyone.

Hope to be on the road by 7am - have about 10 hours left ( = 12 hours).
Most of the ride will be through the state of FL, and to parts I've never
been through/to. Geri, may be passing you.... off of 75 South... Oh, maybe Ralphie too.... Oh, maybe Warren too..

I have to get out in the am for court and a renter below me left their car in the middle of the road. I am afraid to go down my paved road for fear of sliding and crashing. SO now it's either try to get around their car without also sliding and crashing or walking down to the main road and hitching a ride into Asheville.

I called the woman and she freaked out. I even offered to pay for the tow truck and she still had an attitude !!!
