Hey Joe, he's self absorbed, but when you watch him on his other show, he's great. He can usually pull a failing restaurant back up to become a money maker again.

Anyway, gotta run a few errands this morning before I shoot down to AC for a little while, better get moving...........see ya later

He is very hard working and is one of the top chefs in Europe. He is going for his 4th Star I think. He knows his stuff, but unfortunately, he is extremely arrogant.
