We loved it to snow a lot when we were kids in hopes that the school would close, and they never did. One time, we went up to the top of the stoop and piled snow in front of our entrance below so my mother would think it was 5 feet deep and keep us home, lol. It didn't work !!

No Mike's grocery store for me on L.I. Hate to drive in the snow too - they get like freakin maniacs out here!

Joe, it was a very late night last night. Lot of people entertained guests at their homes and a few went out, so the were also busy on a Saturday night.

I was so overtired last night that my eyes were starting to hurt. When I tried to fall asleep after 4am, I had a hard time, lol.

Debbie, I am sorry about the job, but everything happens for a reason, and if I were you, I would take unemployment payments and take a break. Call the census number and when the time comes, you can pick when you want to start working. Most of the job will be in full force after the summer, and in January. So you have plenty of time to collect and stay home.

You know Debbie, while you're on unemployment, they will pay you extra to go for training in any field you want, and pay for it as well. Like you can take computer courses, etc for free and I think it's a couple of hundred extra that they pay you weekly. Ask Mildred about it.
