Joe, I would think you could put Cool Whip on the Jello since it's not Dairy. It is just a load of chemicals put together to look like whipped cream and will probably KILL you. LOL. I call it CHEMO WHIP. Yikes !!!!!!!!!!!

A Health Flash: Do not keep bottled water, or any other drinks in plastic bottles in the car if it is warm or hot outside. The heat in the car causes the chemicals in the plastic to seep into the water or drink and may be linked to breast cancer or other forms of cancer. And NEVER heat food in the microwave in plastic containers of course. Plastic will be linked to many forms of cancer.
